GENERAL INFORMATION

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of this site, whether adults, adolescents (13-17) or children (under 13); The following statement explains the ways in which information about our users may be initially obtained and ultimately used.

We intend to ensure that your use of the Internet remains the fun filled, entertaining and informative experience that it is supposed to be. In that regard, Little Cooks will not disclose personal, identifying information about you to any third parties without your consent or as otherwise provided herein. We will forward such information to our authorized third parties in order to fulfill orders and as otherwise necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the site is used (e.g. party information conveyed to instructors) but we will only do so if the third parties agree not to further disclose the information. Furthermore, if we believe in good faith that the law requires that we divulge any such information, we reserve the right to comply but only to the least extent necessary in order to comply.

Little Cooks does intend to share certain aggregate information to third parties such as our sponsors, affiliates, advertisers, partners, and other third parties but this information will be non?specific (e.g. x number of users last week were families of 2 or more children) and will not contain personally identifiable information. We may also use information in order to track orders and to notify users of certain particulars that they have requested.

Only adults (at least 18) may make purchases or otherwise incur any financial obligations in connection with the site and in those instances we will collect personal information such as name, mailing and e?mail addresses, birthdate and other information for those purposes only and no other. In case you change your mind or wish to change the information we have about you (e.g. a change of address) or if you wish us to remove any information about you we will endeavor to provide you with a mechanism to do so.

Thereafter, information provided to Little Cooks may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by us and our approved affiliates unless you have previously advised us that you do not want the information disclosed. This is called "opting out" which means that unless you have specifically notified us on a form that we will provide for you that you do not want this information released we will be able to do so.

SPECIAL PROVISION FOR KIDS (Under 13 years of age)

Little Cooks believes that the online experience is something that parents and care givers should perform with their children and we urge all parents and guardians to advise their children that no information about them should be given out except with the consent of their parent or guardian. We will never require any child to submit information unless it is reasonably necessary in order to participate in activities located on our site. As of now there are no such activities and if we intend to institute such activities in the future we will advise our users who can then choose whether or not to participate. We do all ask all users of our site to supply their screen name and gender and birthdate and for those under the age of 13 years we ask for their parent(s) e?mail address so that we may notify them of the use by their children. An e?mail address for children is not required but if one is supplied we will send you certain information as you have requested. Otherwise this information will be sent to your parent(s). No information collected from children under 13 years of age is ever disclosed to any third parties for marketing or other promotional purposes. Furthermore, users under 13 years of age will not be listed in any communication and we will never send you any marketing communications and we will not authorize any third parties to send you such marketing communications. For any children between 13 and 17 years of age we will notify parent(s) of any contact so that they are aware of this and can take steps to monitor or prevent it.

Finally, it should always be considered that other sites to which our site is linked might not follow that same privacy policy as we do so it is always important to consult those sites' privacy policy before supplying any personal information.
